Woj - Gordon picking up significant trade interest

    There’s a “great deal of interest” from other NBA teams in trading for veteran shooting guard Eric Gordon from the Houston Rockets, according to an update from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski late Wednesday.

    Wojnarowski, who said the Rockets have been “very active” in trade discussions, did not mention what the trade return for Gordon might be. He also did not identify any specific suitors.

    This is the best I've seen him play on both sides of the court. He would definitely help someone.

    If you compare Victor and Eric strictly on their current ability to play and not the money they are owed Gordon is the better player. Also, smart GMs know that the last year of Eric's deal is not fully guaranteed.

    I really hope this is true. I thought it might be hard to move him and his contract considering how many games he misses due to nagging injuries. Not expecting much in return.

    Teams didn't think he would be healthy or rebound after the surgery.

    It was foolish because even though he was up and down in the Lakers series, physically he was moving a whole lot better.

    Man.... the Lakers series was a perfect storm of bad luck for the Rockets.

    Well, it’s getting closer to seeing another new roster. Gordon, Tucker and Oladipo on the trading block. Wonder how soon will these trades be made if any?
    Hopefully right after the all star break and not on the 26th. Go Rockets!! H-Town Crazy!!

    We need to move Tucker, Oladipo, House and McLemore too.

    We got more out of him than I thought we would because of his injury history, he was a streaky but overall good player here.....and he is getting older so time to move him is now.
