Don't people always get mad at posters who criticize what players spend their money on?

    Kinda Ironic in here lol.

No, because he bought this team and isn't willing to spend the required money to give it a shot at a title.

The pockets of the players and what they’re willing to spend money on affects the team and overall organization? Hmmm, that’s news to me...

Hasn't Lebron taken less money multiple times in order to sign players to his teams?

Harden hasn't taken anything less than the max EVER. In his lackluster career.

Quite possible. Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, New Orleans and Toronto can all be reached from the sea. So can Portland, San Francisco, and the two teams that play in Los Angeles.

There may be one or two I've forgotten, but one thing we can be assured of. Fernships can pick up James Harden with the SS LTS at a dock on the Ship Channel in the fair City of Houston, although from an admittedly less fair neighborhood, in order to take James on his way to any of those destinations. It would be entirely appropriate to do so. In fact, irony may demand it. One has to wonder if Mr. Harden's conduct has earned him such a trip, which he would hate, in my opinion, with every fiber of his being.

Personally, I think James should be spared those days on a yacht with Fernships, even one as large as this one. It could also be argued, in my opinion, that such a requirement would be seen as inhuman by much of the NBA. The Player's Union may even feel the need to step in, although such a trip would secretly delight CP3, in my opinion.

Should we quibble? I think not.

But its his team bought for his money he can run a dumpster fire if he wants to? Theres no assholness in it. If you had money and opportunity to buy cricket team would you invest your all money to have best cricket team or just make money with it? Normal stuff for grown people. If NBA cares about product they shouldnt sell it to people like that period

completely destroyed a title contender within a couple of years.

harden will probably be traded in less than a few days and we are going into full blown rebuild

What will he do with this old worn out boat? Maybe he can sink it off Galveston and make an artificial reef for fishing, surfing, and snorkeling.

In Miami LBJ did take less and vowed never to do it again. He's a 2 +1 w/ a no-trade clause max guy now. He took short term deals so he could move to a better situation if need be. He has it pretty damn good right now. James Harden took the long term max deal and stayed put, but w/o a no-trade clause. The Rockets could send him anywhere.
