This is why Giannis is just not the MVP in this league. I will never understand why he gets a pass everytime.
Dude is such a fake ass MVP. His game is so awful to watch. Can’t shoot worth a ****. All he does is bully dudes in the paint. People love to rag on Harden for his playoffs performances yet the Bucks have literally been bounced the last two years due to this chumps inability to shoot. Not a peep from anyone.
I mean he did give 35-13 on good efficiency and solid defense. Even the Tatum shot which was lucky. he missed a crucial ft no doubt. Even the most clutch players don’t always hit em both or hit shots at the end. don’t get me wrong. Giving him another mvp at this point would be idiotic. And I don’t enjoy the way he plays. but on the whole it’s effective. brook lopez was I think +22 tonight in 29 minutes. So in the 19 minutes he wasn’t in the Bucks lost by 23. That definitely is associated with Giannis’ inability to shoot... but also makes you wonder why he didn’t play a little more. Like 5 minutes more. I just wanted Boston to lose lol.
Lonzo’s rebuilt shot looks dramatically better. Everything from form, motion, release and confidence. Gotta give credit where it’s due
He can be as efficient on paper as he wants, in the end he doesn't even get through the east despite being the 1 seed every season, because he works well in the regular season. Harden has been crucified for coming up short in the playoffs, but in reality he was mostly the underdog, while giannis is 1st seed and a 2nd round exit every year. I actually like giannis as a human being, i just dont see why some players never catch any heat for their shortcomings.
Yea Listening to the Jazz say they feel like contenders. . .is kind of funny D*mn . . I forgot about Andre Miller Rocket River
Good doesn't equate clutch. He had a good game. Bud should have used his first in-bound play, where Giannis inbounded. If he wanted a tip-in play, could have lobbed it to Lopez. Lopez has the height, but is a career 79% free throw shooter. It wasn't a foul anyways. Game should have ended with Tatum's 3.
Funny Parallels to me . . .. forgotten dudes that were thought to be greats Conley and DeRozan - I think of them as the same kind of dude - Just a solid player but lost in the sauce after being the man Mccullom and Lillard always remind me of Wall and Beal Rocket River
