Chuck Hayes and Dikembe Mutumbo are not in the discussion but deserve a mention for who they are.

For a great player he sure took and missed a lot of midrange jumpers.

80's Akeem > 90's Hakeem; and would be way better in the modern game.

    Come at me.

At this point, Harden would have to win 3 straight titles, or at least 2 carrying the team more than he already has before to pass up Olajuwon. As much as I'd love to see either of those scenarios happen, I'm fairly certain it won't happen. It will be ridiculously amazing if he finds a way to somehow win one chip. He's solidly on the Rockets' Mount Rushmore as the #2 guy, and he would only solidify it more so with any other individual awards, let alone team awards. God, fate has been cruel for James at times... we seriously were one healthy Chris Paul hamstring away from it nor even 3 years ago.. oh well.

No honorary mentions for Clyde or Rudy T?

People seem to forget Rudy was a 5 time all star as a player.

I'd be happy with just 1 from Harden. If he does i'll put him at almost an even plain as Dream like a 1.5 just because Harden had to deal with Kevin Durant's Vagina joining GS and two douche bag owners. One who wants to win a title by paying them with either casino/restaurant vouchers and the other by picking what sells to China rather than what wins titles/ finding players out of the discount bin.

They 6, and 7 for sure. Clyde came to Houston late in his career at the end of his prime.

as a rockets fan. You kinda have to look at 2018 as a finals appearance on his resume. Bc that’s the closest thing to winning the finals but not winning lol

Yeah we talking about players so his championship as a coach can’t be included yes he was a great player and he’s in the top 10. But cracking top 5 as a player is tough to do. Harden is a 1x mvp but easily could’ve been a 2-3 time MVP. He also almost won 1 championship. Led the league in scoring. He’s done everything you want from hour franchise player except actually win it all. I want him to win 1 just like Dirk then just sit back and help usher in the new Rockets era. But idk man, this era is tough. Media destroys your players. If I were harden I would join kyrie in a media ban for the season but do it to members of media outside of Houston. If you want to talk to harden post game you must be apart of the Houston media. Not the national media. They ruined our team enough

Hakeem single coverage by Dort would be a 200 point game

Hakeem was the last superstar to win a chip without a sidekick.

Even Dirk a dirk had Jason Terry & Jason Kidd in their backcourt. Detroit had Rip & Billups. The Rockets had one player average over 15pg - Hakeem. That's it. One guy.

The disrespect is real... Clearly, the best right here... And Mchale as the 2nd best coach.

Too bad kids these days like @sweedish-olajuwon will never get to see those two beautiful things unless they want to go to Florida and see them at the creepy old guy's house.
Les night even let him polish his trophies since he got those feet pics.. I mean shoe pics ...
