    Increase in the TPE which currently stands at ~3m and could increase to about ~6m I believe. This would allow us to sign another guy for around that much which is a pretty solid figure and could gain us a solid player. To put it into perspective Baynes and Bradley got about 6m.

    A couple of points.

    You can't combine exceptions.

    We already have a $9.8 MLE that we can't use because we are hard capped.
