    eta: the blue plastic shitters are about 50 yards to the right. It's a big yard.

    My brother has a Traeger. Sadly, his family likes everything well done so I can't tell if it works well...

    It’s 2020. Look into electric pellet grill an smoker. Stick a brisket over night set the temperature an your all set. Why wake up through out the night an not sleep to make sure the temperature is where it need to be? Innovation.

    They are apparently charcoal "logs" that last longer and when they burn down they leave little to no ash...plus they are re-lightable.
