They are? Over what? His reaction to the raid?

If so, he's been extremely consistent about his concerns over the United States passing a tipping point where each new regime just focuses on attacking/punishing/criminalizing the last regime.

And, quite honestly, he's right. But, the rule of law matters. The idea that we have to suspend law to avoid hurting people's feelings and spiraling our politics into 100% weaponization of institutions against our opponents every time we win is... sad.

It's all a consequence of being programmed into a duopoly. There is no trust in institutions because every time you're not in office, it's your "arch nemesis" behind the wheel.

To that end, he's seeking a cure and very upfront about it. He's just doing a bit of doom-pondering while we circle the toilet.

The real bailout happened during his mayoral campaign and how it was poorly ran and managed.

I guess the difference is that people are not couching their concerns about him anymore.
