It’s the same as westbricks and I’ve discussed how he’s easily better in this thread. Also the cf’s logic of the unknown gets thrown around all the time since “it’s not working” guess it doesn’t apply here even though John wall is clearly a better fit next to harden
Nah I’m not kidding. Westbrick doesn’t check those boxes at this point and their owner isn’t as dumb as tilman. Which is damn sad to say
for some reason I thought Russ had one less year but they’re both horrible lol. Sorry I didn’t read earlier stuff. one would just have to be pretty confident he’s recovered from his injury is all. Pickup ball is one thing. NBA is another. Again it will have been 2 years since his last nba game. that aside yes he’s a better fit... in the sense that there are no good fits next to Russ lol.
Westbrook isn’t going anywhere this year. It’s time for all of us to wake up to that reality and accept it. Options are to trade Eric Gordon then out of Covington, Tucker and House see what we can get for one or two of those players. Sign Gerald Green back. After that use the MLE to sign someone else. See what the roster is around Harden and Westbrook after that.
They were. now its just after they suffered years of melo. They're looking for guys in the their 20s that can be stars, not guys like declining westbrick on super max for 3 more years who is about to be 32, which would be worse than the melo years they suffered. we can assume the knicks of all organizations want him but in reality they don't. If he was a UFA, that would be one thing since they can just go after him for free but he isn't. Tilman and the Rockets are now that team people look at and say maybe they want this trash
yup. Im taking the lesser of two evils and the better fit. if you're suck with something toxic like westbrick, you might as well go for the better version in so many areas of the game that holds the same cap weight

Westbrook + filler ($5mil) to Hornets for Batum (1 yr/ $27 mil player option remains) +Terry Rozier (2yr/$37 mil remains) or Westbrook to Hornets for Batum (1 yr/ $27 mil player option remains) + Cody Zeller (1 yr/$15 mil remains)
Can someone get Westbrook drunk and get him to sleep with Harden's girl or something so we don't have to waste another year running this garbage back please. I love Harden but he's too soft on his boys and that blurrs his vision.
Man....one trade, I think might actually be on the table if we tried(Harden would never allow it) is to trade Russ for Paul George. Its prolly been said already. Normally, Clippers just hang up the phone, but if the rumors that people in the Clipper's organization dont really like PG than I think they might be crazy enough to do it if Kawhi gets sold on it lol. I just wanna add, that I know i have been a jerk about Russ...I still like the guy and I hope he can become the player this team needs.
I like it but Magic have a young PG in Markelle Fultz. And they are actually looking to add more 3P shooters.
LAC: Russ Westbrook PHI: Paul George HOU: Ben Simmons Morey would need to complete separate trade for CP3 first to really make this trade happen. PG13 appears to have lost a step on defense and he's already 30. Rather have the young guy in Ben or the true All Star in Russ. Both Ben and Russ can really push the pace too.
Their management has changed, apparently for the better. They might be able to "veto" Dolman. Westbrook to NYC seems out as you said.
Ancillary trade to above blockbuster. BOS: Myles Turner, Eric Gordon PHX: Aaron Gordon IND: Gordon Hayward, Danuel House, Robert Williams ORL: Victor Oladipo, Frank Kaminsky, Ben McLemore + Suns FRP + Rockets FRP HOU: Jonathan Isaac, Kelly Oubre, Mo Bamba 6'5 Harden 6'10 Simmons 6'7 Oubre/6'5 Nwaba 6'7 RoCo/6'5 PJ 7'0 Bamba *6'11 Isaac out entire season with injury MLE: 6'8 Josh Jackson Vet min: 6'8 Jeff Green, 6'9 Jonah Bolden, 6'7 Ryan Broekhoff, 6'4 Tyler Johnson, 6'6 Justin Anderson
WTF? Get over it. This is what Harden wanted. There is no going back or some stupid scenario where you can force animosity. We are lucky he didn't leave before we even got CP3. Respect his and Houston wishes to see this through. Even when he knows we can't win I don't see him leaving. He's built different. He's not like Lebron. You fans have gotten accustomed to fantasy teams because of LeBitch.
