    That's two games in a row the Texans use great clock management going into the half. does BOB get credit for that? We know he is a terrible clock manager and is no longer calling the plays

    They're even letting Watson do his cadence at the line. Was heard once last week drawing a flag and before that it has been since 2017 that you heard him do it consistently in a game.
