Who cares. The NBA didn't become great because of China. China and other EUR/APAC countries are the ones who wanted a piece of the NBA when it produced a great product with Michael Jordan, Hakeem, Shaq, Kobe, etc. If the NBA puts a product back on the floor that is profitable globally then eventually revenue will pick back up to where it was prior. There are other developing countries that the NBA should invest into that will pay back great dividends. My guess is the players would much rather be in Central and South America during the preseason than having to travel to the other side of the world.

Ever since all this China crap has happened, I realized that NBA doesn't need China for a good product. We have the product. The NBA only wants China for greed. And there's a point where greed is not worth it. Our General Manger or ANY OTHER General Manager should not have ANY fear from a GOVERNMENT for an opinion. Nobody knew who Morey was unless they were than a casual fan. Who's the general manager for the Nets? Do we care if he supports Taiwan or Hong Kong?
