If you really want or need to know what I consider racism, go read a dictionary and get away from your feels.
It's these type of posts that question whether you are genuinely playing a shtick of a dumbass or truly are lacking this much in self awareness with how stupid you are.
I think if anyone's goes on a rant about being annoyed at people who dislike Trump more so than praise and admire him as President of the United States when the gap between his competence and the level of responsibility given to him is this significant, then I'm going to assume your level of self-awareness is just high enough where you know how absurd that gap is but your initial position was defending Trump and you've attached your identity to him and therefore you are incapable of outright admitting that signifcant gap because it hurts your pride.
And you are a dumbass. Seriously who answers that question with "look at a dictionary". A dictionary is nothing more than a subjective definition of a word from a group of editors with at best one example of the word being used in context. Trying to have a complex discussion of a deeply complex issue such as racism with blurting out a definition is a pointless exercise. The thing is this notion is such an obvious notion where the only people who I would see use that type of rhetoric of "look up the definition" would be people who can't type in complete sentences which you do which means that you have to be playing a shtick.

I was asked my thoughts on what racist means and I told you. Go to Merriam Webster and there you go. That is my answer. I am not going to write an essay about the finer points because it's just not important to me because I'm no racist and I don't care about the issue when I am more worried about far more pressing issues these days. Also, I really don't care about your thoughts on the word, but if you really don't like the definition in a dictionary, then write them about it. Maybe they will listen. But, as for us talking about it further, especially with your demeanor of just throwing the term dumbass at me, I just don't feel like it will be a good use of time. Let's just part on this issue and try to be more civil. I know I've been less than nice to you in past exchanges, but really this issue is silly and played out. I don't think an old thread is worth our time anyway.
He didn't ask you for a definition. He asked you for what it would take for someone to be labeled a racist which implied hypothetical examples on your part. If he wanted the precise definition he wouldn't ask you, he would just Google the term and click on the first dictionary definition. We all assume we agree on the basic definition of racism so that wasn't the point of contention as we all have access to Google. Also, we are calling the president racist or if I was to use more precise language, the president is prone to racist rhetoric as "racism" is not a binary concept. A human isn't merely racist or not racist. There is plenty of grey in between. So you being defensive and assuming we are calling you racist when a poster merely is calling the president racist means that you probably have attached your identity to the president.
My posts in this thread have more than covered it. The issue is non-important to me these days. As this is an older thread, and I have more important things to consider, I will not be engaging in debate on second-tier issues. The dictionary explains my thoughts on it and you are all welcome to read it and then apply it to the real world as you see fit.
Then don't engage in debate. You are making a counter claim that Trump isn't racist by replying to someone and telling him he's a fellow sane person because he disagrees with someone's post that called Trump racist which isn't indictive of someone who thinks the issue is so irellevent that he claims it's worthless to discuss about it. You are the one who has engaged in debate. Someone merely made a comment that Trump was racist and you had to make a counter argument. If your statement here matched your actions, you wouldn't have jumped at defending Trump's honor from someone calling him a racist.
Commenting here and there is not really the same as engaging a group of people with TDS about something of little import. Why do you care about my posting so much? You need to stop policing the forum. It's not your place to go around and bully people and tell them what to do. Very authoritarian actually. You do you man but leave me out of it.
Dude I'm calling out the gaps in your logic and rhetoric. I'm not compelling you to do anything. It's like saying you are limiting someone's right to be stupid by calling them stupid. It seems like a really bad faith expression of frustration on your part here or you might be THIS stupid.
The left has so overused the word "racist" as a smear that they have cheapened the meaning of it. By trying to lump right leaning people in with truly bigoted people through irrational use of a word that used to have such a terrible meaning they have lessened the meaning when it is applied to truly bigoted people. The real target of the "racist" label which is used so casually these days is not the right leaning person which was falsely labeled by taking words or actions out of context but the uniformed people who live in a bubble where they only see headlines or hear soundbites which are used to shape fantasy narratives. These people see the headlines or hear the soundbites and form their opinions by blindly trusting the source without ever being informed of the real context so they get caught up in the fantasy. The tactic has been so overused it is starting to lose its effectiveness these days for all but the simplest people.
I think right leaning people have done that on their own by standing for the same platforms, policies, and candidates as the truly bigoted. The truly bigoted are at least honest about it, while right leaning people seem content in deluding themselves that they only align with these folks to keep their party in power.
I'm sure some people are guilty of doing what you describe. But I'm curious when it comes to Trump, can you explain what is out of context for stating that Trump has used racist rhetoric such as stating Mexicans sends rapists and murderers and some maybe are good people which implies he thinks that majority of Mexican immigrants are rapists and murderers ?
