Harden on Giannis: “I wish I could just run and just dunk. That takes no skill at all.”

Took a while, but situations like this are exactly why they play like they currently play.

He passed to a wide open player who was the 2nd best player on his team. Said player didn't even look at the basket.

Nevermind.. .for a dude that indeed has had some playoff issues, you're posting a clip from one of his best playoff games. I'm on Harden, for defense, turnovers (game 5 that series!!!) and playoff shooting % as much as anyone.

But you literally just posted a clip where the only logical takeaway is that he didn't have enough around him.

Recall also, that play/series led to the Ty Lawson next season disaster. Wrong move, but right idea. DM and company also got too conservative that next season... he knew he had to move on from Dwight that season, but ended up a bit too scared to do so after he was the "prize acquisition" just a couple offseasons before.

 

This video just proves to me that Giannis relies so much on having good teammates. Look at how many times he had to pass it out when he was getting clamped. As I said, he's nothing more than a slasher with limited ball handling.

He's so lucky to have a team and a coach like the Bucks have.

 

FYI:

This is nothing new. Giannis knows that the PLAYERS unofficially voted for James to be the MVP. It kills him.

In our locker room, with the guys who know how much James sacrifices for the team (He could average 45), they've been well aware of the "sneak-dissin'" the Greek Geek has thrown at James.

Ne said it didn't bother James much because he knows that he brings more to the table than GIannis. He has a less stacked team and still finds ways to revolutionize the game.

SweetLou consistenly expresses the same sentiment. The league of players knows that James deserved it last year. This year he won't get it, oly based on record. What a shame...we used to really understand what Most Valuable PLAYER meant.

And, PJ/ Russ/JG/RoCo have been vocal as hell about going to war FOR James in ways CP3/Clint wasn't equipped for.

This is why everyone hates Harden IMO: Regular people look at Harden, and in their hearts, KNOW they can stop what he is doing. They look at him and think he is coning his way to his buckets with elite guile and subterfuge. They think they can decode the trick behind the magic. It's pure frustration as to why nobody else, especially NBA players, can't stop him.

When Regular people look at Giannis, Kawhi, Lebron, Curry (shooting from 70 feet), they look at these players as unstoppable because their talent is god-given and insurmountable; there is no trick behind athleticism and shooting from far away. Nobody looks at these players and says, man I can beat them.

 

You guys have to remember we live in a reality where the nba is rigged .

the rockets have been getting a lot of media attention lately , now maybe they are just building us up to take us down , but a james-giannis beef is a good angle.

Bro Budenholzer was assistant coach under pop for so many years. They are basically running a lot of those motion Plays. They have an abundance of shooters. All we gotta do is contain Giannis they cut 10 points from their total.
