Wow.....quite the cast....and not just the ones who got top billing.

 

I don't even need to click it to know it.

 

Didn't see your comment until I had finished the trailer...said to myself 3 or 4 times while watching it "This is the most ****ing Wes Anderson thing ever." Is there a point of Peak Anderson, where he simply cannot cram any more whimsey into a film?

I'm in.

 

The world needed a new Wes Anderson movie. Can't wait to see this.

 

They've become mockeries of themselves.

Its hilarious to me how perfectly this trailer matches the tone.

To me, he makes a lot more sense if you think of a weird kid growing up in Texas versus a weird kid growing up anywhere else.

 

It's like a 2d side scrolling video game with 3d cut screens.

 

I hope they run this at Cannes. Has Wes Anderson ever been nominated for his movies?

 

Yes, I would like for him to win an Oscar at some point. Hope this movie is shown in Cannes.

 

I saw The French Dispatch today at an Alamo Drafthouse with my daughter. It's one of his best. Simply fantastic, in my humble opinion. Going to see it again next week with my significant other. Wow.
