Maybe not for a buyout though. Might be a possibility with that lack of a 2nd year guarantee.

Could be a subtle hint to MDA to expand the rotations.

Dude, he has to posture for the trade deadline.

You never want to deal from a position of weakness.

= "I've already wasted so many years of Harden's prime and now I don't want to be remembered as someone who just caved in and like, choked in the final stretch. Like Dream always used to say, 'Finish Strong'"

"And then obviously my job is to look at other things..." -> "...like keep the team out of the luxury tax"

    lmao

Morey knows no help is on the way. He knows he doesn’t have the assets or the owner to improve the team. He knows the situation.

    I feel for that dude.

"I'm looking at other things. I was told to go all in on Brodie but not to spend a dime over the tax line. And I wasn't allowed to fire MDA and get a real coach. So we'll do what we can to boost value in our guys and get a new coach for next year. I might even be allowed to spend the whole MLE next year? One can only dream"

His job has been reduced to catching lightning in a bottle with vet minimum contracts and undrafted players. Mclemore was somewhat of a miracle. Let's catch another, but more importantly, never pay the luxury tax.

If you want to feel worse for him, remember he rejected interviewing for the 76ers job before Elton Brand got it.

Crowder would be a great add. hard nosed 3/4 who defends and can shoot the 3. He doesn't solve our problem with length, but frankly, it would be like adding another PJ Tucker to this team, and that's a great thing.

    30% from 3.

Tucker comparison is insult to PJ.

yup. i mentioned him at the beginning of the year. would be a solid fit with PJ. he has another defensive dog next to him. rather than being all alone without him
