Why do you sell anything?

Nobody forced him to sell (Donald Sterling was the only case in the NBA) , why did Les sell?

    hes 75 years old, bought the team for 85mil and sold it for 2.2 billion.... say it with me... r.e.t.i.r.e.m.e.n.t. lol

    thats a what, 2,488% return on his investment? lmao

    There are several reasons to sell. It happens in all kinds of businesses everyday. You need two parties to every transaction - buyer and seller

    1. He probably thought it's been long enough and wanted to spend time away from basketball. Getting old so perhaps with family or just chilling
    2. He achieved what eh wanted with two CHAMPIONSHIPS
    3. He got a premium for the transaction.

    NBA is a business and Les was a very good owner who gave us the only championships Rockets ahve

    he got 'f*ck you' money and bailed. any investor including myself wouldve done the same.

    one wants to profit and the other one doesnt? one has kids the other one doesnt? what i found on les is hes divorced since 2003 and has no kids (maybe 1 - sites provided different answers).

    he's 75 and just made $2,115,000,000 in profit. idk what your point is.

    Leslie gifted 10 million to 20 different Houston organizations. Maybe this was the start of a retirement filled with philanthropy. The winning percentage of philanthropy is much much higher than NBA basketball.     And Les doesn’t own the rockets cause he doesn’t want them
