    Morey needs to change how he approaches signing free agents. Literally needs to hold a gun to their head to force them to come to Houston when they no interest in doing so - otherwise he's just a failure of a GM.

    the key word here being "would"

    so far 1) tilman has never made a trade that wasn't a salary dump and he's made a lot of trades in his rookie year and 2) so far tilman has never made a new player signing for more than the minimum salary

    so "would" would be quite a groundbreaking threshold to push through
