    Ok that’s obviously a typo on my side, I was originally referring to him asking about 3 years, 10 mils PER.

    His last contract was more than 3 mils per year.

    I'm thinking Morey's gotta make a trade. The Rockets have exactly the same roster as last season, except they are a year older and lost contributors like Rivers, Faried, and Nene.

    Making near-minimum signings to round out the roster just isn't going to do it. I think the roster needs a shakeup.

    if we keep our starting 5 --> spend the rest of the MLE on rivers, then the BAE on a stretch 4 (toliver? Dudley?)

    if we do the capela to boston trade (since they lost horford they may still want this) --> spend the rest of the MLE on a center (KOQ, Holmes, or looney) and the BAE on a stretch 4 (same as above).

    its probably 100% likely any kinda "upgrade" will be through trade. i woudnt trip about FA right now. only name i want right now is looney or mcgee or rivers

    Desperation heave: Paul, Capela, and a 1st round pick to Cleveland for Kevin Love, Tristan Thompson, and JR Smith, then use the remainder of our MLE to resign Austin Rivers.

    PG: Harden / Rivers
    SG: Gordon / Smith
    SF: House / Green
    PF: Love / Tucker
    C: Thompson / Hartenstein

    This ain't great but at least you get out from under Paul's contract while taking back an all-star who is just 30.

    Aminu just signed with Magic. Team with too many PFs just added another one. After drafting Chuma Okeke and re-signing Vucevic, ORL is making a deal for a point and more shooting IMO.

    ORL: Smart, EGo, Rockets 1st Round pick

    BOS: Capela, Jerian Grant, Chiozza, Martin, Rockets 1st Round pick

    HOU: AGordon, Jalen Brown, Robert Williams, Magic 2nd Round pick

    Sign Rivers with MLE. BAE for Javale McGhee or Nerlens Noel. Vet min for LMAM, vet min for Stanley Johnson.
