    How are the Lakers going to be able to afford a 3rd max player AND DAJ?? Unless he's willing to go there for the MLE or BAE or something?

    Noel? I don’t think so. I think the tax payer MLE is about right for him, and Hou would be a smart decision at 5 mill over almost any other team at 10 mill. Guaranteed he’d be looking at Clint money after a few years with Harden.

    what player goes from having to sign for min. and then gets a $90 mil deal right after. that isn't happening for noel. hes in the same tier as mcghee

    I don't believe it. DJ's from the Houston area! According to ClutchFans rules, he's required to take a hometown discount and play for minimum wage (not VET minimum, mind you) to play for the Rockets out of sheer loooooove.

    That’s why we can get him for our MLE. He’d be a big steal for us, he’s a defensive monster, Harden would get the most out of him offensively as well.
