Let's wait to see how much of the MLE OKC is giving Morris. I'm assuming all of it which is 4.4 million. If that is indeed the case then they are going to pay about, what, 9 million total after taxes?

That's not good at all. Curious to see what our backup plan will be. Going into the playoffs with Tucker manning the majority of the minutes at the four would be a massive failure.
I know that overall our roster is still good . But we haven't had any "wins" in quite some time . Our best roster additions have been lucky with farried and rivers . We've actively sabotaged ourselves with house and with the LT concerns . If our offseason is as bad as this .... I can see harden wanting out . And THAT would be a nuclear meltdown

The media is doing everything they can to prevent that too. Every commentator other than Rob Parker (who gets portrayed as crazy and over-opinionated by his peers anyways) has been coming out of the woodwork saying something. "If he keeps up this level of play, Paul George is the MVP!" "Right now, Giannis is leading the MVP race by a mile.." Like.. not even a mention that they're neck and neck with Harden, but leading by a mile? The disrespect undoubtedly continues..
OKC was that deep in the luxury tax and still had that much MLE to spend ? Credit to their owner and GM for setting up and dealing with that situation . I'm confident our GM could pull it off (have maneuverability to spend while in LT ) but our owner doesn't think it's worth it

Harden is def carrying the bigger load than either paul george or giannis. But will that be enough to get him the award like russ got it over harden in 2017
Based on what? The entire team outside of Harden, Capela, and maybe Gerald Green have been awful relative to last year.
