    Epic is good, but not worth the changeover cost for most larger hospital systems if they are already using Cerner.

    Meditech on the other hand is a different story.

    It depends if you're just talking about salaries or places to move. I think becoming an Analyst always provides you with more jobs in the long run.

    I think, in the long run, that people are moving towards EPIC. The costs are massive, but it does save a lot of money in the long run in how everything merges within.
