    Parsons is still owned a lot of money. Unless he is willing to give up some for a buyout I don’t think he’s going to play in the NBA any time soon.

    I remember when Parsons signed with the Grizzlies, he was bragging about being the first "big name" free agent to sign with memphis, and how he was going to recruit other marquee players to sign with them.

    How'd that work out, Chandler?

    I'm predicting a soon to be Weibo statement from a Chinese Basketball Association team announcing:

    "WARMLY WELCOME, NBA SUPERSTAR CHANDLER PARSONS! THE NEWEST BEIJING DUCK!"

    He will be the next Marbury, and Parsons will have a statue in Tiananmen Square next to Chairman Mao Zedong
