    People wanted to cut him despite the stats.

    He has made 34 FG (out of 39). 10 FG last 2 games. He is getting better.
    Only 1 missed XP.

    The record for FG made in a season is 44.

    You have to be patient with young kickers and let them find a groove and confidence. At least 3 of the misses were holder issues (new holder this year).


    Look at Boswell in Pittsburgh. Missed a few FG after being money the last few years, people want to cut him.

    He seems to possess some semblance of a clutch gene.

    Nobody will ever trust a kicker not named Vinateri, but he is about as good as it gets right now.
