@Caesar good post. And those designs I feel are way more likely than most I have seen. Not bad. -Retro colors but nothing garish. -R logo -HOUSTON or ROCKETS and not "ROCKetS" -FONT on Houston or Rockets BIGGER
Man, I love this one the most. It's classic with a nice modern trim. It even includes the current logo. I wish Tillman would just consider it, especially right now. We have the stars, we have the success, not to mention the media attention. People would go crazy for these, and not just Rockets's fans. People love the classic Rockets gear, the color scheme, the typography. I don't understand why we can't rebrand the Rockets. Literally every team has gone through some sort rebrand. I know Boston, NY, and LA haven't really changed much as far as uniforms go but that's because there is a lot of history there. The Rockets current uniforms have no significance, we didnt win championships with those uniforms, we didn't go to the Finals with these uniforms. I just don't get it. What is the ownership's infatuation with these ugly-ass-striped-dildo-logo uniforms?!?!?!?!
All these fancy jersey designs...I just have one simple request. Yellow. The Rockets retro colors colors are red (primary) and yellow (secondary). Ketchup and Mustard. Any jersey design that follows this basic rule is acceptable. Bring back yellow.
I am ok with brining back the yellow as a "trim" that is just marginally used. Basically just an accent.
I'd potentially be fine with a little more yellow, like maybe the number or a small logo. But yes, it's really the yellow trim that makes all the difference.
Our championship home set was so clean with that minimal yellow trim. They had a pop to them. Too bad our home floor was ugly though. We’ve never had a nice home floor imo.
Maybe this is the a cool logo you're looking for? Rockets should plaster "HR" across their chest. HUMAN RESOURCES COMIN' THROUGH! Cement it as having the worst uniforms in the league. As @DCkid said & @tinman would agree, Rockets colors are RED and YELLOW. Black? Know who has black? Literally everyone. Not original or pure @tinman

our logo sucks...Definitely time for a redesign. Hopefully the next one can be a timeless logo. But being that Rockets are technology driven and technology only advances, our logo will probably always be changing and never be the same. but whatever....
If that were the case we would’ve changed our logo and jersies by now—it’s certainly not always changing.
I dont mean always as in constantly. I mean when we get a redesign its always gonna be different. We wont have a timeless logo. Teams like the LA Lakers, Celtics, have a timeless logo and haven't had to change them much. Even the Hawks went back to their old logo.The Rockets jerseys have actually changed. Subtle changes but they have changed.
