We get 3 straight at home this is where the offense finally gets going I believe getting 2 roads wins are always gonna be difficult
I didn't see Gabbert winning the first time yet somehow he did. Texans dont do well with backup or replacement QBs.
Line is worthless but don't tell me we can keep things underneath like they did. Keke is open aways in the slot. TEs had a great game.
So are we just going to ignore the issue that is Fairbairn? Are there any better kickers out there on the market right now?
He has missed some kicks that almost cost the Texans a win but overall he has been good. Even after today's misses, his percentage ranks about middle of the pack and he has made the most field goals in the league so far. Yes he has missed 5 and that is more than you would like but whoever you find off the street is not going to be any better. Then there's this...
Man this team will drive you nutty. This should've been a blowout win, but dang we had to make it very interesting. That oline was freaking terrible. O'Brien play calling very suspect. Wth are you calling a timeout on the Redskins last possession. Watt and Clowney refuses to set the dang edge and continuously jumping offside. But hey we come out with the W. 7 in a row baby.
That's inexcusable. Get somebody else with good hands who can place/spot the football then. I remember the 90's Cowboys used Jay Novacek (yes, the tight end) on holding kicks. The last missed FG was definitely something hold/footing related. That ball died off the foot and never had a chance. Would have pretty much guaranteed the win as McCoy unlikely to get in the end zone with no timeouts... can't fail to execute that badly on those types of kicks.
