    I am disappointed in Morey. Why couldn't it be $10M for the first four years with an $80M team option for year 5?

    Capela is such a good kid. Glad he's locked up long term. $80M guaranteed is a damn good deal for us.

    This is a good deal for both sides and a fair deal. I'm glad that we are not overpaying for Capela and also happy that he's got the big pay day that he wants and deserves. Now we can focus no the next part of our offseason -- getting complementary players to build around our big three of Harden, Paul, and Capela. I'm still not sold on Melo being the answer.

    This is how you build a contending team. Great job on the Capela Extension. Either we get decent, consistent production out of Anderson or trade him for some production and we have as good a shot as anytime in Rockets history.
