    Excited to see what new improvements he's going to bring next season.

    We have a nice core of CP3, Harden and Capela for a number of years. That should be good enough to get us a good seeding for the playoffs every year.

    This is fantastic. Will the incentives be released to the public? Wonder how lofty the goals are. Hope FT% is a big one.

    My only other question is if it’s declining, flat or inclining. Would love a declining one.
