Romeo must die might be my favorite movie of all time.

I know I've seen this movie but I remember virtually nothing from it.

Classic case of misguided 'stunt casting', similar as you say to the annoying insistence on trying to put Beyonce in movies.

Some people can sing, and sometimes they can somewhat emote in their music videos, and they are popular, and then some knucklehead comes along and believes that will translate to movies.

Almost never does this work.

But as bad as Beyonce is in every movie role she has been handed, the 'Queen of the Damned' movie was probably the worst example of this.

Aaliyah was young and pretty and could sing. But the art and skill of acting, especially with that specific role, were completely beyond her, and it really approached parody levels.

Anne Rice is 0-fer when it comes to getting any of her books made into a quality movie. (and no, 'Interview' with Cruise and Pitt was NOT a good movie, it was terrible as well, and even though Rice is given writing credits, and allegedly liked the movie, it was re-written by Jordan, and it sucked monkey balls)

 

That's right. I don't watch the show, and it seems like it's been a while since he's made something really good, and that's ok because we still got:
