Saw an article that when they did the Cash for Clunkers thing, some idiot traded one of these in as a clunker. By law I think they had to nuke the engine and wreck it but the guy at the scrap yard was like “OMG”. Damn dude you might want to throw in the occasional oil change and/or check your oil on occasion. 4 blown engines out of 14 cars is not a very good track record.
Uh...yeah. Or get a mechanic to look at the car before purchasing. Something is troubling about this list. I'm 29 and I've owned 3 cars total, including my current one which is a 2013 and I expect to last for a while.
