Pretty sure the Axon 7's bootloader can be unlocked. So worst case you can just flash a different build of android onto it. I'd recommend reading up on the process first but you can get a clean and mostly stock build of Android on it.

it is official, Trump confirmed the news late Friday evening , 25 May 2018, on Twitter that

The Trump administration has reached a deal that would allow the Chinese telecom firm ZTE to once again begin doing business with American companies.

    Never mind that
    • The U.S. slapped sanctions on ZTE in 2016, prohibiting the company from doing business in the U.S. for seven years, when it violated U.S. sanctions against Iran and North Korea.
    • The Commerce Department placed additional sanctions on the company after it failed to follow through with its reorganization plan and lied to the U.S. government about it.
    where is the backlash ?

A Chinese government-owned company has signed on to build a theme park in a vast development in Indonesia that also features a Trump hotel and condos, a deal that stands to benefit President Donald Trump's company

effectively, the Chinese Gov't will put up ~$400 M for the project,
while the Trump puts down no $

Trump has done exactly what China wanted him to do. The United States got nothing at all out of it.

again, conflict of interest used to be such a fundamental no no, that just an appearance of it is not acceptable. Another basic fundamental being eroded away by trump, enabled by his supporters and a willful blind congress.

US strikes a definitive deal with ZTE to lift ban

On Thur, 7 June 2018, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross announced that the U.S. has struck a deal with Chinese telecom giant ZTE to end crippling American sanctions; the deal includes a $1 billion penalty against ZTE

In response to the announced deal, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Thursday in a statement, "When it comes to China, despite [Trump's] tough talk, this deal with ZTE proves the president just shoots blanks.
