I just can’t see a perspective where he is in the right. Straight up ruined the energy of the league! But you guys have to see the good of this which is the awesome off season the nba had, and him moving had a part in cp3 coming here as well as future allstars, along with Boston becoming a powerhouse.
Lebron did not start the trend. If Durant>Lebron because his offense (only scoring) makes up any advantage Lebron has, why’d he lose to that Warriors team that Lebron beat. Not to mention the palpable advantage that KD had by having a 3-1 lead vs Lebrons 3-1 deficit.
I just don't like inconsistency, they stopped that trade but they allowed KD signing and also allowed Boston to rip off Brooklyn. Everybody knew Brooklyn was getting taken advantage off but the commisioner didn't do anything.
That's not even all of it, GSW actually has 4 All star talent on their team before Durant joined, Iggy was a multi all star in the East before he joined GSW.
Miami's big 3 faced up against Celtics with their own Big 3, San Antonio's big 3 and OKC's big 4. That's why the Heat years helped Lebron, because he was fighting against stacked teams with a stacked team. In Durant's case his team has 4 all stars (technically 5 with iggy who is a multi all star) vs the Rockets with just 2 all stars or even the Cavs with 3 all stars. 5 vs 3/2 and your coach is one of the best if not the best. How easy is that?
It'll be the closest thing. If KD weren't on the Warriors, this could very well be a championship team. A superstar coming here levels the playing field a bit. This is just nonsense lol. I will say LeBron kicked off this era of big names switching teams in free agency and the whole "free agency frenzy" each summer now, but prior to him leaving Cleveland big stars just orchestrated trades instead. KD did what he did because he choked a 3-1 lead and wanted an easy path to a ring. LeBron was never on a true contender in Cleveland the first go around. He didn't even have another all star. Cleveland is a terrible franchise and failed to put a team around him in his prime. The situations are not even remotely comparable lol, blaming LeBron for the biggest b**** move of all time is just ridiculous.
not sure what kd's decision had to do with cp3's or ainge's moves clippers got kicked out by utah in the 1st cp3 did not have enough help while houston with only 1 supestar wasn't gonna cut it also boston stacking young talent had nothing to do with kd's decision.. lebron and 73 win gsw team was enough reason
@vlaurelio im convinced a lot of teams mindset is ‘ if your not competing with the warriors then what are you doing?’
To the OP: You do realize what Durant really looks like without his human skin suit? He'll be coming after you in your nightmares. Spoiler
durant getting carried in an elimnation game at home by curry and thompson is exactly why he came to golden state.
