Says a lot about TMac. Probably why he's always watched the NBA Finals and never played in one. Plenty talented but low basketball IQ. Pierce is just an idiot. You could make a 2 hour movie of pure silliness that he spews on that show.

Hakeem has the bling. Embid not a thing.

The first time we played against Embiid last year I said this- that he reminded me of Hakeem on his post moves.

How fast we forget.. Hakeem was insanely quicker with a much more refined post game.

Embiid is good defensively but nowhere near to how good Hakeem was and maintained his dominance in an era of Ewing, Robinson, Mourning etc.

So if you take everything into consideration - Embiid has a better jumper and range out to the three-point line.
Dream is better in every other aspect of the game and it's not even close.

People think Embiid is the second coming of the Dream because he has post moves and nobody else in the league actually plays in the post anymore.

Never said he was like Hakeem, I said he reminded me of him on his post moves. It was refreshing to see a young player emulating the man

We go without games for a few days and it goes full off-season mode around here.

Is he alright? Did something happen to him, in terms of his health?

I never know the backstories, but he seemed like a decent person. I especially enjoyed his disdain for all things unflattering about Jeremy Lin. Eew...even that name still gives me shivers....
