Part of that is MD's rotations, which clearly need to be expanded. Capela and Luc's injuries are flukey. We all knew we were only getting CP3 for 62 regular season games this year.
I had no idea Gerald Green was a writer in his spare time? (This was an Amazon ad at the bottom of the page.)
This says so much about that Rockets team. You can't react like that off the opposing bench regardless of how ridiculous that dunk was.
ORTG of 0, DRTG of 112 in 11 minutes. Maybe my extrapolation from the 4 minutes he played in 2007 was premature?
Damn I'm out of the loop. Glad I missed last nights game but this signing is a step in the right direction.
Looked like he was limited by not knowing the sets on offense. I liked what I saw driving to the rim. Much better driver than Ariza and Luc. Finishing was a little rusty, but that’s expected as the first game back.
He looked good to me last night. Missed some shots, but GG stays in shape. Earlier in the year, when I wrote "a few homecomings" in my sig after hearing it, Gerald was not who I had in mind. That's because it was before the injury bug hit us. So, now I'm wondering if Morey had any interest beforehand. There are a few "welcome homes" that still seem plausible either way. Again, from what has been communicated to me is that nothing "epic" will take place until CP3 gets back and has more opportunities to show our current strengths and areas for growth. I have difficulty imagining the Rockets without many of their key pieces, but with Morey, you never know.
I feel like we don't even need epic signings but just serviceable. Not sure who the other homecomings could be. I think this signing is a step in the right direction. I didn't get to watch the game but GG is better imo than most of our end of the bench bros
