    That is great.

    The City of West University had our parties banned. Then we started getting legal permits. As long as the noise wasn't a problem there was nothing anyone could do.

    The only house rule was: your car stays here, you leave in a cab, or you stay here. West U jail is hard, I had to spend a night there. The coffee in the morning was tepid at best.

    I feel like they are purposefully being funny, but at the same time they genuinely want a Paul Walker statue (and obviously don't want house parties banned).
