    That, his supposed lack of ties to Texas and unwillingness to commit to a fair buy out when he leaves.

    Look, we just need to accept it for what it is. We're a G5 team and coaches will leave. Finding a Gary Patterson or a 8 season Chris Peterson just isn't the norm for coaches.

    If we're in the mix for a championship every few seasons and a destination spot for the new hottest coach, is that really so bad?
