Because if it had been changed and the Astros happened to lose, it would be totally your fault. :) Would have nothing to do with Hinch, Giles or Springer.

Hell...they have had plenty of rest! They should be primed and ready to go...if we could be so lucky.

Is it greedy for me to hope Dallas goes all 9 innings?

No not at all. Was thinking the same. Dallas and Verlander can both do that as far as I'm concerned. Then take our chances at home with the rest of the staff. I just hope we can steal one in LA to start the series.

    97 degrees

Wind gusts of 30-40 mph expected with steady wind blowing into the stadium from center field
Wind expected to shift in the middle of the game and move across the field from 3rd base to first base

Sounds like our OF need to be ready for pop fly shenanigans

I'm so ****ing nervous. You'd think my kid was playing in this game.

EDIT: and I don't even have kids!

I'll prepare by getting to take batting practice at the Twins' Target Field this evening. If I get one out of the infield, I'll be happy.

Record hot temps in LA...very doubtful any pitcher will go deep....7 will be the max for both pitchers tonight.
