I'm sure he has the business smarts to navigate around things like this if he was interested.

Ideally he partners up with someone like Hakeem who has a big basketball name and the respect of all.

But let's see what happens, I have a feeling it could be sold to a Chinese group, would be kind of fun to see that happen.

What's yalls problem with Landry's? I've only ate there a hand full of times but it's been good everytime.

He's a Houston resident and I feel like he'd be committed to winning and keeping the team where it is.

I'm sure after his issue with the Texans he would figure out a loophole with the gambling if he really wants to own the team

He ruined every restaurant he ever touched. Why would you want him anywhere near the Rockets?

The median height leading to death is about 49 feet (15 meters), or about 4 to 5 storeys. 100% of victims die after falling 85 feet (25 meters), or about 8 storeys. Obviously, the 100% figure is incorrect as there have been individual people who survived higher falls.

Plenty of loops.. 99 out on here on i-10, all over the belt.. take your pick, really

If his business history and his current gig at UH are any indication at all of his philosophy as an owner, he would be the exact 100% opposite of Les and his "hands-off, let management do its thing" approach.

Yeah but Toyota Center would be sprinkled with Bubba Gumps, Joe's Crab Shacks, Rain Forest Cafes, and other Grade F quality foods.

In essence, the Toyota Center would become a restaurant

Give me Jim Crane. He's smart and won't mess up a good thing. Morey is locked in for a while; we will be okay.

Brilliant idea. He can borrow a bunch of money, pay himself a fortune and then declare the Rockets bankrupt without paying the players or season ticket holders a refund!
