    Crazy idea, but can we take Noah's contract as incentive?

    Ryan Anderson + Trevor Ariza + Non-guaranteed contracts + (Bobby Brown)(S&T using non-bird) = Melo + Noah

    I did some calculation and the salaries matcch.

    Couldn't we take Courtney Lee off their hands with our Non-guarantees? How do the knicks feel about the Lee contract? I guess they don't mind it.

    Passing on a trade for Melo because you want to keep Capela is exactly how you lose CP3 in free agency next year.

    I'm guessing that a deal is close since this has been pretty much known for like a week.

    I can't see Cle trading Love for Carmelo because that doesn't really make them better overall.

    They'd be even smaller up front with Thompson and Melo. I can't see Melo wanting to play full time PF either.

    I think we can easily ask Ariza to either come off the bench or start off at the 4.

    Damnit, guys they don't even have to include J.R. Smith.

    Shumpert, Frye, Jefferson and Felder would work. That's a MUCH better trade offer then Anderson.
