    Morey just said rockets have an 11 million dollars traded player exception to use now

    Edit: Many have pointed out, including @BimaThug that instead of a TPE this is in fact a combination of non guaranteed deals that Morey is referring to.

    Henson is a nice contract of around 11 million and so is Teletovic (10)
    Slightly used but in fairly good condition.

    It means in a trade, we can take in $11M in salary more than we bring in. Or 80% of that, or something along those lines.

    In other words, more trade flexibility. And with a little sleight of hand, we might be able to snag George or Millsap without losing Gordon.
