Terrible coaching by Tyronn Lue. Doesn't help that he gassed his two best players. I get that these are superstars but they are human after all.

 

uhmmm Curry and Durant are a perfect compliment together. if westbrook were playing in place of curry on this team, the cavs would have a much higher chance.

 

Durant better be finals mvp

 

Highest rated finals in a while, thankfully, it's going to end in 4 games so the NBA will miss out on all that extra profit.

Yeah, this was really the Finals everyone was dying to see. The NBA is essentially unwatchable at this point.

Easy to become a championship player when you have so many damn weapons on your team. I still can't forgive Durant for going to Warriors. I use to love the guy, but man does it piss me off how much easier the game has become for him.

 

They probably would have lost Game 1 to the Spurs if Kawhi didn't get hurt so I'm not sure what your point is.


But yeah, GOAT team and all. Play ridiculously good defense and have 3 gamebreakers on offense. 2 all time great offensive players. Good depth. Great system. Ridiculous collection of talent.

Westbrook is nothing but a ballhog though, we've seen Durant play with Westbrook, it never worked out this smoothly.

 

Despite the loss, Lue's strategy of trying to out-Warrior the Warriors almost worked. It was their best shot and they almost did it. If KD misses that three, Cavs win and make it a series.
