    Who the f cares??

    Surprised that the Lakers, Celtics, Heat, Spurs, Bulls are more likely to be brought up then the Rockets? Those are meaningfully more relevant teams from a historical legacy perspective and/or have been better more recently.

    When the Rockets become a tier 1 squad again, they'll get their due respect.

    So they won't mention Dream for a long long long time

    However I bet they will mention the Knicks squad that lost to the Rockets more

    If the Warriors sweep, they need to mention that they are the first team since the 95 Rockets to sweep a Finals.

    So? Greater NYC area has a gazillion people. what would you expect?
    There are very few contexts where the Rockets should come up.

    You spend way too much time b****ing about the lack of respect to the rockets and their teams of 20 years ago and way too little time b****ing about the current level of incompetence.... well relative to supersquads and such.

    Real Rockets fans love Clutch City

    You can start your own thread on why nobody mention any other Rockets teams during the Finals, but when the Finals are mentioning every championship team before and after ours, it's something we notice.
