Roberto Clemente faints (if that's too long ago) Johan Santana faints (if that's too long ago) Josh Hamilton faints
It didn't look friendly, but I don't think they were gonna start yelling or anything. Gomez gonna Gomez, he loves drama
Looking ahead, later in the month, our schedule gets more challenging: May 11-14th - Yankees May 19-21st - Indians May 26-28th - Orioles May 29-31st - Twins
A few observations about this team: 1. Carlos Correa is the lowest paid player on the roster ($535,000) according to Yahoo sports (Hoyt and T Hernandez don't have a salary listed) 2. T Sipp is the 4th highest paid pitcher on the team. WTF...how did that happen? 3. This pitching roster/entire team is going to cost a fortune in a few years to keep it together. 4. 9 short days ago, Marwin was batting .143 with an ops of .637...now batting .246 with an ops of 1.024 and he is one of the baddest men on the planet 5. I've been watching this team for over 40 years and I've never had this much fun watching baseball. This lineup has no holes in it and "IT" can be on at absolutely any time during the game. 5. They're gonna kick that Ranger ass again today!
Buy them straight from the Astros or get them last minute from StubHub or off the street (risky). The latter options can sometimes be cheaper than face value depending on the game.
