That pick was badass. Let all of those fly. God knows Ryan Anderson isn't setting a pick like that ever in his life.

Hell yea they should. If it was roles reversed meaning a Rocket player did it to a OKC player... it would be all over the media and we'd get fined or even possible suspension.

Stupid idea. If they would have let Bev know then Bev wouldn't have gotten triggered and go on to make Statbrook his b**** the rest of the night.

man. there is no way he's not hurting today. He had to go to the lockerroom in the 4th after he basically put the game out of reach. I wonder if his performance doesn't take a hit next game. He look kind of stiff in the post game presser too. Fingers crossed.

No. It was an exelent move by Adams. Hard yes, but it was legal. And Beverly doesnt cry and continue playing hard.

I think it's clearly a flagrant 1 foul, and at the very least a common offensive foul. Everything about that screen was legal up until the point that he lowered his shoulder. It's equivalent to when a screener sticks out a knee as the defender tries to go around him and we see that foul called all the time.

Looked clean to me. I mean, I think he wasn't totally set before Bev ran into him, so it was probably a moving screen, but it wasn't dirty. He lowered his shoulder as he braced for impact. Without it, he'd be flat on his back. Most picks involve contact with the shoulder if there is contact at all. Nobody is sticking their nads out there for a defender to run into.

I noticed he was favoring his shoulder before he left. I was surprised to hear it was back stiffness.

Should have been an offensive foul, if not flagrant one. A good screen doesn't initiate contact. Not only did he encourage the contact, he did so in a dangerous manner.

If that kind of stuff is going to fly in this series we will start seeing punches before its over. Refs need to step up.

Rules are rules. Playoffs or not.

Yah lol. Screw this tattle tale hoping silver disciplines adams mentality. Beverley set the tone with how he responded. Its time to compete not time to whine

Did lowering of the shoulder make it a better screen? No. Since the screen would have been just as effective without lowering his shoulder then malice was intended. That is what should be looked at and considered. If you think Adams didn't have in the back of his mind that knocking Bev out of the game or series would benefit OKC then you are being Naive' They know that Bev gets under WB skin. Get Bev out and this might be a different series.

The thing is, if the contact is great enough to dislodge Adams (from a legal pick) it would be a foul on the offensive player. So bracing for contact is not necessary, especially as a bigger guy. I'm not sure if it's flagrant, but it certainly should've been a moving pick.

    This exactly.

It's an illegal pick by the book. Did he try to injure? Hard to say. But if you whine about it in the playoffs, you are too soft. Beverley knows it. I like how he reacted.

Yeah as "clean" as the screens Nene or Harrel will set to deck WB in the following games.

He did lower his shoulder slightly, but he didn't like Derek Fisher it....come on....it was a good hard playoff screen.

And it ignited a 29 point turnaround as the game was a 2 pt game then.

This should had been a brawl. That was a Robert Horry to Nash pick.
