Do you think he would decline $200M?

No reason to trip about agents and things years down the road. Players are their own people and think for themselves when it comes to choosing destinations. Agents just do the contract details and the business side of things for the most part. If agents had that much power than dwight or deandre would be in dallas

I'm wondering though since he's now a GM does he give up his agent job? Who represents Harden and the other players now?

I'm just saying, if I was an nba player I want my agent spending his days doing agent stuff like looking for endorsements, not pouring over scouting reports and talking to other gms about possible deals. If he's other **** besides helping me make money maybe he shouldn't be my agent

Eh, if the Lakers will still suck in two years (which is probable) i don't see why Harden should leave Houston to go there

Probably doesn't want to deal exclusively with the Jazz or Celtics

Let's be real if he was wearing Laker gear his endorsements alone would dwarf what we could offer him. That said, I just don't see him going home. He wants to win and they 'aint even close.

la should hire Westbrook's agent. He's a prime candidate to bolt.

u can't be an Agent and a GM. Harden is not going anywhere. The extra $30 million he can get from the Rockets + the lack of state taxes is all u need to know.

That's what I was thinking. Wouldn't it be a conflict of interest?

Morey did a good job locking up Harden for that extra year. At first I was kinda disappointed we lost our flexibility/cap space but it was certainly the right move.

As long as that matters to him. I think as long as we keep winning and go far in the playoffs he stays not matter what.

Kim Kardashian could get a role on the Lakers front (or back) office to go all in on Harden
