[HBO] Beware the Slenderman True Crime Documentary

    Did anyone else catch this on Monday night?

    It’s a really tragic true crime documentary. A little slow paced but engaging if you are interested in this kind of documentary.

    I don’t have kids but I still found it chilling, I can imagine what’s people with children will think of this case….

    updated link? I remember when my kids thought this was real. At first when they started to show me the videos I was like, holy ****, how did i miss on this. Then i realized that there's no way I could have missed on it so it must be fake.

    Wait, what's fake?? The actual Slender Man, or the fact that 2 girls committed murder in his name? Because the second part is absolutely true.

    I stumbled on it the other night and it looked WAY too depressing for me, but now knowing that the 12-year old girl survived the attack, I may give this a watch. HBO documentaries are usually pretty good.

    It’s not an easy watch that’s for sure but it’s fascinating and rather heartbreaking none the less.

    watched half of it during my lunch hour, decent so far. Slow paced as you said, but it's painting a picture of who the girls are.

    My heart breaks for all the parents but especially Morgan's dad. His interview about his (and his daughters) schizophrenia is absolutely heart shattering
