    Wait a minute; I'm confused.

    Is the Co-op rebate check only usable at the Co-op? Is not not a true check you can cash at a bank to get dollars back?

    I remember always cashing my rebate checks at my bank when I was in school, and using the rebates for meal money for the week.

    When did you go to school? It has been a "gift certificate" since 1999. I wish I could get cash instead.

    Actually it may be a real check. I never tried to cash it. I always thought you had to use it there.
