Flash Seats - why no transparency?

Going to make an investment and purchase Rockets season tickets now, but I can't find anywhere on the web how much money Flash Seats charges as a fee to sell the tickets you can't use. Anyone have any experience selling through Flash Seats? Trying to figure out what the true cost of season tickets would be if I go to half the games and sell the other half, but I need to know what this fee would be. For some strange reason, there's nothing about this on Google.

I can't speak for now, but I was a STH for the previous 3 seasons and there were no fees for selling tickets.
