    That's why you added Nene. He's going to need to be healthy this year. It's a big jump for Capela to go from bench guy to heavy-minute starter given his past stamina issues. Hopefully he ramps up quickly.

    the rockets need a better roll man on the PnR. capela isn't a threat to finish at or above the rim in traffic.

    Rose looks pretty explosive to me... I think the Knicks should try to keep him at 30 mpg or less. Let him start but he should be the first sub out at the 6 minute mark so he can come back in the 2nd quarter and run w the second unit
