He sounds promising, and while I try my best to resist the urge to compare him to other Rocket experiments on Euro swingman (Nachbar, Papanikolaou), I am optimistic his toughness and offensive creativity can be a welcome addition to our second unit. The Rockets badly need more playmakers, and his skills could fill a big need.

If he can improve his shooting, that would be huge. As we see where the NBA has been heading, overall this team needs better outside shooters. Particularly with the personnel on this team, and D'Antoni's style of offense. That alone could be the biggest x-factor on whether the '16-17 Rockets are a success or not.
