There's some sort of algorithm that includes how long they've been here, # posts, and level of the rep, yes.

I have a confession to make. Sometimes i like to leave rep as someone else, DD, ATW, Tizzle Breh, Clutch, tinman, RedR, LCA, and everyone else. Hence if you've reveiced reps from the mentioned posters and everyone else, I must confess that it is from me. The value of my reps vary depending on who i sign my reps as.
