http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Denzel-Valentine-58739/ Senior SG with good size and shooting ability, Denzel is currently projected to be a mid first rounder. He's improved his shooting, rebounding and passing significantly through college career. His versatility, especially on offensive end, indicates good potential as high level role player or even a star if everything clicks. He also has the size and body to play some SF/PF in small ball lineup. His stock probably wouldn't get much higher as a senior, so we have a good chance either with our own pick or acquiring a pick through trade.

He just won the big ten player of the year, and has a chance to be national player of the year. http://abcnews.go.com/Sports/wireStory/michigan-states-denzel-valentine-big-ten-player-year-37465487
I'm definitely more of a visual guy on prospects so always nice to see their highlights. He's 6-foot-6, shooting 44.7% on his threes this year. He's almost 41% for his college career. I don't know how his athleticism/speed/quickness will check out, but that shooting efficiency should draw a lot of interest.
I've been a fan of his for the "new NBA" where versatility is the trump card. Can probably play 1-4 and defend 2-4, depending on the player. (Likely can't defend the quicker 2's or the bigger 4's...though with work, that can change)
